MY Medical Clinic Shibuya, located a 3-minute walk from the Hachiko Exit of JR Shibuya Station, provides a wide range of medical services, mainly in the area of internal medicine, but also including general outpatient examinations, gynecology and breast surgery, and vaccinations. We also provide health examinations and complete health examinations for companies, supporting health management as a good partner for companies. We are conveniently located near Shibuya Station, where multiple train lines such as JR, private railways, and subways are accumulated and offer access to Harajuku, Omotesando, Aoyama, Daikanyama, Ebisu, and Yoyogi and many influential companies at the leading edge of IT and web services cluster together. In order to accommodate patients after work and on non-business days, MY Medical Clinic Shibuya opens General Outpatient Department on weekdays from 08:30~20:15 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:30~16:30. Please feel free to consult us if you are feeling unwell (colds, headaches, diarrhea, or stomach pain, etc.) or you do not know which department you should visit. We also have outpatient examinations for allergy and lifestyle diseases. Please consult us if you have concerns about hay fever symptoms or if conditions like hypertension, dyslipidemia, or diabetes mellitus have been pointed out in health examinations or complete health examinations.Shin Ohara, Clinic Director, who is in charge of general internal medicine and hematology, is an internist certified by the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine and a hematology specialist certified by the Japanese Society of Hematology. Please consult with us if you suffer from internal symptoms or anemia, etc.
Our clinic is a member of the Shibuya Medical Association and cooperates in providing the residents of Shibuya Ward with voluntary vaccinations, including COVID-19, pediatric influenza, geriatric influenza, and HPV.
For gynecology and breast surgery, you can consult our Ladies Outpatient Department. Department of Gynecology is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 09:00~11:00 and from 13:30~16:00, and Department of Breast Surgery is open on Saturdays from 09:00~11:00. Both Department operate on an appointment-only basis. Please consult the Department of Gynecology if you have symptoms such as irregular bleeding, menstrual pain, or menorrhagia. Consult the Department of Breast Surgery if you have symptoms such as a lump on your chest or underarm or discharge from a nipple.
We can advise you not only about consultations for individuals but also health examinations for companies. In addition to the mandatory examinations required by law, we also offer a wide range of optional tests such as gastroscopy, Helicobacter pylori antibody test, and allergy tests, as well as tests for women such as the cervical cytology, breast ultrasonography, and mammography, so that working people can lead a healthy life each day. Our clinic has concluded contracts with many health insurance associations, including the Japan Health Insurance Association, Kanto IT Software Health Insurance Association, and Tokyo Metropolitan Association for the Promotion of Healthcare Facilities.
We make reference to the classification system of the Japanese Society of Ningen Dock, when assessing test results. If you are worried about the results of a health examination, bring the results to us, and a doctor will advise you on your options for detailed examinations and treatment.

MY Medical Clinic provides medical services including health examinations and vaccinations, with a main emphasis on preventive medicine.
A key characteristic of MY Medical Clinic Shibuya is that the patients are relatively young. More than 300 people visit the clinic per day, most of whom are of working age.
In addition to preventive medical care such as health examinations and vaccinations, we offer outpatient examinations and guidance on lifestyle diseases, and we can accommodate the needs of a wide range of people.
We accept patients until 20:00 on weekdays and 16:30 on Saturdays and Sundays so that working people can easily visit the clinic after work or on days off. Please feel free to consult us with your health concerns.

Route from Shibuya Station
[1] Exit JR Shibuya Station at Hachiko Exit and head towards the scramble crossing.
Cross the scramble crossing towards TSUTAYA and take the road on the right towards SEIBU Shibuya Store.
[2] Keep going straight ahead, with the SEIBU Shibuya Store on your left.
You will come to a smaller pedestrian scramble crossing. Cross it in the direction of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and go straight.
Continue straight, passing Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on the left.
[3] Turn left at the intersection where you see MARUI to the right and Modi straight ahead.
[4] MY Medical Clinic Shibuya is on the 4th and 5th floor of the building opposite Modi, which houses Ainz&Tulpe and a docomo Shop.
[5] Enter through this entrance and take the elevator to the right at the end of the hall to the 5th floor, or to the 4th floor if you have a gynecological examination.
