Access

Exit JR Shibuya Station at Hachiko Exit and head towards the scramble crossing.

Cross the scramble crossing towards TSUTAYA and take the road on the right towards Seibu Shibuya.

Keep going straight ahead, with the Seibu Shibuya shop on your left.

At the smaller scramble crossing, continue straight ahead on the SMBC side.

Keep going straight ahead, with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on your left.

Turn left at the intersection with the Marui on the right and the MODI in front.

MY Medical Clinic Shibuya is on the 4th and 5th floor of the building opposite MODI, which houses AINZ&TULPE and a docomo shop.

Enter through this entrance and take the lift to the right at the end of the hall to the 5th floor, or to the 4th floor if you have a gynaecological examination.

Exit A5, go in the opposite direction, cross the first pedestrian crossing and the building on your right is Otemachi Place.

Please enter through the main entrance.

Take the lift on the left to the B2 floor.

MY Medical Clinic Otemachi is located immediately on the right hand side after exiting the elevator.

Enter through this entrance as the photo shows.

Take exit 4a and follow the footpath to the left.

Go straight ahead along the footpath and enter the building through an automatic door on the left hand side.

Once inside, climb the large escalator.

When you reach the 3rd floor office lobby, please enter the lift hall through the automatic doors on your right.

Use the lift to the right of the lift hall to get to the 11th floor.

Follow the direction of the window and turn right.

Please enter through this entrance.

①都営三田駅改札を出て、A5,A6出口の方向へ進みます。

②階段を降り、つきあたりの自動ドアまで進みます。

③自動ドアを通って左手のエスカレーターを昇り地上まで行きます。

④目の前のエスカレーターを昇ります。

⑤昇った先の右手側にあるメインエントランスからビル内に入ります。

⑥ビル内に入りすぐ右に曲がり、セブンイレブンを通り過ぎます。

⑦つきあたりを左に曲がるとエレベーターがございますので、そちらから4階までお越しください。

⑧こちらからお入りください。

①改札を出て右斜め前方（新宿駅方面）に進みます。

②道なりに突き当り右に曲がります。

③直進します。

④エスカレーターをくだります。

⑤右に進み、右手側のエスカレーターを昇ります。

⑥右手側の新宿野村ビル地下入口に進み、エレベーターで5Fまでお越しください。
