About follow-up service
After your health check-up, if you have any questions or concerns about the results, or if a re-test or further examination has been ordered, please visit our follow-up consultation service and consult with our doctor.
In our clinic, For problems that are beyond the scope of what we can look into at our facility, we will issue a letter of referral and refer you to a medical institution where a full examination can be carried out.

Breast department follow-up
Follow-up services are only available for those who have undergone gynaecological screening at our clinic.
A female doctor will examine the patient.

If your cytology results correspond to the above, please bring the letter of referral enclosed with your health check-up result sheet and visit a specialised facility that is not ours, as a more precise examination is required.”

If the results of your health check-up show abnormalities or if you have any concerns, please visit the clinic for a consultation.
Please feel free to contact us as we are only available at the Shibuya clinic.

What you need for your first visit
- 1. Health insurance card
- 2. If you are eligible for a medical expense subsidy, please present your medical ticket or beneficiary card (*).
- 3.Reference letter *If you have one
- 4.Health check-up results if you wish to have a secondary examination.
- 5.Medication book (if you do not have one, please bring your current medication).

- Insurance cards must be checked at the beginning of each month by the medical insurance organisation.
- If the insurance card cannot be verified, the treatment cannot be treated as insured treatment. Copies of insurance cards are also not accepted. In this case, the treatment will be treated as self-funded, but will be refunded if you bring your insurance card within the specified date.
- Our clinic is a designated non-workers’ compensation medical institution and does not provide workers’ compensation services.
- Credit cards (JCB, Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Diners, DISCOVER) are accepted.

Priority is given to those with appointments at the clinic. Waiting times may vary depending on each consultation or procedure. Please note that the waiting time may be longer during busy times.
